The ground floor house is unfinished and has permission for 150 m²  with garden. It overlooks the mountains and the sea which is only 400 m far away. It is located in the tourist area of Stalos.

Stalos is located west of the city of Chania, located 7 km. Divided in Kato Stalos, where there is a large Blue Flag beach, and PanoStalos, about 150 meters higher, which is built a traditional village of 350 inhabitants.
