Luxury House with comfortable spaces in Chorafakia

This is a beautiful detached house of 230 m² was built on 2012 in a large bounded plot of 2150 m² in Chorafakia.

Chorafakia is a village next to the sea located in Akrotiri, 11 km away from the city of Chania,  8 km away from the airport, 1500 m far away from the sea and it is a quiet setting offering you all you need. The entrance door of the house operated automatic mechanism. Entering the courtyard we find a passage  where on the right and left there is a garden.

Entering the interior of the house is a spacious open area. To the right is the living room with a bathroom, which has a large door that leads to the front side of the house. Left of the entrance is the dining area which has a door leading to the same terrace and  behind is the kitchen. The kitchen has all kinds of electrical appliances and several cabinets in a modern color and design. The house is very bright and comfortable. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, a dressing room, and a double door leading to the terrace of the first floor that offers spectacular panoramic views. The other two bedrooms have wardrobes and they share another nice and modern bathroom. The house has a heating system that is connected to diesel deposit and the fireplace. The floor times are ceramic.
