Two storey house with swimming pool and excellent sea view in Stalos

The two-floor house of 210 m²  with basement is built in a plot of 450 m² in the seaside village of Stalos, 500 meters from the beach and it has great views.

On the ground floor the house has a fully equipped kitchen-bar (with large fridge, dishwasher, oven) with caves-carvings on the wall and  wonderful arches,2  beautiful living rooms, the one with carved surface above the fireplace. It also has a Jacuzzi and a sizable terrace with barbecue oven overlooking the Cretan Sea. Stalos is located west of the city of Chania, located 7 km. Divided in Kato Stalos, where there is a large Blue Flag beach, and Pano Stalos, about 150 meters higher, which is built a traditional village of 350 inhabitants. A characteristic feature of the area is natural relief rocks.
